Mike and Muff Dunlap
Mike and Muff Dunlap founded NSYO in 1997, where Mike serves director and Muff as administrator. As a foundation for their current work in this non-profit ministry organization, Mike & Muff have more than 30 years experience in various facets of ministry: through the church as a pastoring family, in Christian camping, on a college campus as a chaplain and campus minister, and with juvenile offenders in a group home. Mike served for many years as an adjunct professor for Geneva College in their Human Resources program and currently serves as Associate Pastor at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church in Somerset. Mike and Muff live in Boswell and raised two daughters here, Abby and Brittany. Mike & Muff are also completely smitten with their 4 grandchildren, Connor, Caleb, Caylee & Harper.
Alyssa Foldesy
Alyssa was born and raised in North Olmsted, Ohio. She attended Malone University where she graduated with a degree in Mathematics in the spring of 2013. In her time at Malone she played on the soccer team for four years, was involved in FCA, served as a tutor for high school students, and was a part of residence life leadership teams. Alyssa moved to Boswell in January of 2015 to accept a full time position at Summer's Best Two Weeks where she had previously spent 3 years on summer staff. She has loved living in Boswell, attending St. Paul's Church, and getting to be a part of the lives of students here. Although Alyssa has been a part of the NSYO family since she moved here, she officially began working part-time for NSYO in the fall of 2016.
Jamie Augustine & Hunter Berkey
Jamie has lived in Boswell since she was four years old, attended North Star School District, enjoyed Boswell Day Camp as a camper and counselor, and participated in North Star Youth Outreach. She is a member of St. Paul's Presbyterian and served as Crossroads student leader for four years. She currently owns a faith-based fitness studio called Natural Fit.
Hunter was born and raised in the area, graduated from North Star School District, was an active participant in North Star Outreach, and served as a leader at Crossroads. He played football and enjoys fishing and hunting. He presently works as a mason and runs his own company, Berkey Masonry and Mulching.
Both Jamie and Hunter are very passionate about helping students in the North Star community grow a close relationship with God.

Kathy & Bill Thompson
Kathy grew up in the suburbs of Philly where she graduated from a large high school. She then graduated from the Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Biology/Genetics. After college she obtained a Ph.D. in Developmental Biology from Thomas Jefferson University where she met and married Bill Thompson, a family doctor. They have three children: Zachery, Conor, and Kristen, & two grandchildren. Bill & Kathy have been an integral part of NSYO since its inception: as co-founders, brainstormers, encouragers, board members and staff. Bill continues to minister to the North Star community through Medical Associates of Boswell; Kathy currently teaches as a full-time instructor for Allegany College of Maryland at their Bedford campus. She has coached, taught, and hung out with youth of all ages since she was 17. She is passionate about her relationship with God and desires to pass that relationship on to all who know her.
